This trip will take you to Murchison Falls National Park in western Uganda. Boasting with a stunning water fall, great wildlife spotting opportunities on game drives and boat cruises on River Nile, you will not regret visiting this park! In addition, you will get the chance to track chimpanzees in a beautiful and diverse forest and spend some time close to them.

Day 1: Transfer and Rhino tracking (optional)
In the morning, we leave from Kampala/Entebbe for Murchison Falls National Park. On the way you get the chance to visit the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, the only place in Uganda with the opportunity to see and track Rhinos (optional activity).
Day 2: Murchison Falls National Park
You start the day with an early morning game drive with opportunity to see Elephants, Giraffes, Buffaloes, Lions among others. After lunch, you’ll head down River Nile to the foot of the majestic Murchison Falls on a boat, seeing loads of wildlife on the shores. This stretch of the river is reported to have up of 4,000 hippos and some big Nile crocodiles.
Day 3: Chimp Tracking
In the morning, you’ll go to track Chimps in Budongo Forest. With 9 species of primate, 359 species of birds and 289 species of butterflies among others, the forest is incredibly diverse. There are believed to be 600-700 chimpanzees in the forest, of which 6 groups have been habituated. You will hike through the forest, looking for the chimps, and then spend a while with the chimp family.
