The last stretch before reaching the park offers great views of the Rwenzori Mountain range, the only snow capped mountains on the equator.
After reaching the national park and settling down at your accommodation, you’ll go for a guided nature walk in the park which offers great views over the golden savannah and crater lakes and many times encounters with bold warthogs.

We kick the day off with an early morning game drive. Other animals you might see include elephants, buffaloes, different antelopes, hippos, many different types of bird among others.
After this exciting morning, you’ll get some time to relax and eat lunch before heading to the Kazinga channel, a natural connection between lakes George and Edward. You’ll take a boat safari along the shores of the channel, giving you opportunity to see hundreds of hippos, crocodiles, elephants, and different species of bird among others.
